We are the Peace Liard Regional Arts Council (PLRAC), serving six regional arts councils in the Peace Liard region of northeastern British Columbia. Our mandate is to raise awareness, and to support the development and acceptance of arts, culture and heritage, both on a personal and community level in the Peace Region.
