The Mile “0” Quilt Guild currently have their quilts on display at the Dawson Creek library until May 4th.
 
April 27– Quilt appraiser, Donna Hunt, will be speaking at the Lutheran Church at 7pm. $5 admission. Donna will be holding a quilt appraisal session on the Saturday by appointment, fee charged for service, contact Bev Jones for more details 782– 5795. Presented by the Piecemakers Quilt Guild.
 
April 27– A Night of Poetry at Sweetwater905 starting at 7pm. Featuring Marilyn Belak, Cassidy Brown, Christy Jordan, Donna Kane (MC), Sabrina L’Heureux, Ruth Hill, Jeannie Lindgren, Dean Mattson, Rebekah Rempel, Dawn Service, Jayden Stafford and Dean Velkjar.
 
April 28 – Open Mic at Sweetwater905. Admission by donation. 7pm showtime.
 
April 29– the Mile “0″ Quilt Guild are hosting a quilt show from 1-4pm at KPAC. Admission is $4, includes a slice of Strawberry shortcake and coffee or tea.
          
April 25 –Honours Concert at Unchagah Hall 7pm featuring outstanding artists from the 2012 Festival of the Arts. Admission is by donation. Presented by the Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre.
