Special Resolutions
a. Special Resolution:

Be it resolved that the Peace Liard Regional Arts Council (PLRAC) adopt the tradename (Doing Business As) “Arts North East” (ANE) as presented.

RATIONALE: The proposed change will allow for the rebranding of the PLRAC to better serve the arts organizations and artists of the Society’s service area.

b. Special Resolution:

Be it resolved that the Membership Bylaws of the Peace Liard Regional Arts Council (Arts North East) be amended as presented. (Proposed bylaws will be sent to members).

RATIONALE: The proposed bylaws were written to conform to the specific needs of the Peace Liard Regional Arts Council (Arts North East) and offer both individual and organization memberships. The proposed bylaws are in compliance with the Societies Act.
