Return to the 2020 Wild Words North Schedule and Line-Up

Friday September 25, 2020
7 pm

Donna Kane, executive director, PLRAC

Welcome to the third annual and first virtual Wild Words North Writing Festival!

While nothing can replace in-person events, going virtual has provided us with unique opportunities such as partnering with Toronto’s Word on the Street and bringing in outstanding moderators such as John Vaillant (author of The Golden Spruce).

And this year’s festival is available to anyone in the world and all events are free.

From song writing to storytelling, from student writers to those who have been creating for decades, Wild Words North hopes to encourage our region’s writers to share and to learn and in so doing broaden PLRAC’s mandate to provide opportunities for arts and culture and heritage for the people in northeast BC.

We hope you enjoy the panel discussion, presentations, readings and performances.

The PLRAC thanks its many sponsors, volunteers, and all the writers who have made the 2020 Wild Words North possible.
