Artist Statement: A fox has been crossing, negotiating the changing surfaces of snow and compacted roadway. The experience of the fox mirrors the situation in much of the world today, with humans occupying more than our fair share of space on the planet, forcing the denizens of the non-human world to negotiate a human-dominated landscape.
